No . 5 FaZe Group CSGO Invited in order to ESL One Cologne
ESL has introduced the third team to be invited to it's ESL One Cologne event and it's non-e other than FaZe Group. The No . 5 team in the WWG CSGO Team Ranks will be joining 2 previously invited teams, and they are some big ones. No . 2 Virtus. pro and No. 4 SK Video gaming will be joined through FaZe in Indonesia for the event. SK won the event a year ago but it's been Virtus. pro that has been searching the better team as of late while FaZe has done well enough since the addition of Nikola "NiKo" Kovač.
ESL upon SK Gaming:
"Reigning ESL One Cologne champions have yet to win a tournament since their own victory at LANXESS Arena last year. The actual team has been struggling to get back within the very top, taking 3rd/4th place at events like ESL 1 New York or EPICENTER, and 2nd place at IEM Oakland and DreamHack Las Vegas. Their most recent LAN performance at IEM World Championship Katowice ended with the group last in their group and did not make it to the playoffs. Nevertheless, a team such as SK Gaming should never be underestimated and that we look forward to the Brazilians putting up a great fight and proving once again that they are worthy of the ESL One trophy. "

"The long-standing legends from the Polish Plow will once again take their own stand and guard the ESL 1 championship and trophy which they haven't raised since ESL Main Series One Katowice 2014. The group made it to the semifinals at ESL 1 Cologne last year, dropping to SK Video gaming 1-2. Since then, these people took victories in ELEAGUE Season one, DreamHack Bucharest and DreamHack Las Vegas, as well as 2nd place in ESL One ny and the ELEAGUE Main. At IEM World Championship Katowice, the team did not make it out of the group phase. We cannot wait to see what Virtus. pro will display us this time in ESL One Cologne 2017 - will the Plow be unstoppable? "
